The School
Excellent academics and a living faith, in one school day
Thaqalayn Academy opens in September 2027 with 20 students in a leased space in Fremont, Union City or Santa Clara, and grows to about 160 students by 2031–32 (planning model — not a forecast).
How the school works
- Mastery academics. Two focused hours each morning with adaptive apps and a hint-only AI tutor. Students move on at 90% mastery, not at the end of a unit.
- Guides at 1:12. Every room has a guide who coaches, runs small groups and watches the live board.
- Qur'an and Islamic studies daily, taught in person, with remote specialists in one-to-one slots.
- Dhuhr in congregation and morning and closing circles that frame each day.
- Afternoon workshops that build voice, skill and service.
- Scholar-approved religious content. All religious content is approved by a scholar board.

Tuition and aid
Planned sticker tuition is $32,000, with an average of 25% financial aid, so the average family pays about $24,000. That is above the California Islamic-school average and close to the Santa Clara County private-school average.[14][15] A scholarship fund keeps the door open to families who could not otherwise attend.
Tuition is planned, not final. Aid levels depend on the scholarship fund.
